Webhosting Problems

The account management interface for hosting accounts for Bluehost is just terrible and non-intuitive. The support staff isn't exactly very helpful either in answering queries, preferring to give one liners that doesn't actually answer the question at hand. I will not be renewing my account with them when it expires.
