Childhood Food

I am filled with nostalgia for certain types of food because I grew up on them. Today I found a whole collection of recipes, some of which I am very familar with like Lor Hon Chai. While running through the list of ingredients, my heart sank because some of these ingredients are difficult to find outside of Asia and I have no idea who imports such foodstuff.
