Readership Leak and Blog Sluttiness

I've just recently moved over from LiveJournal. I was debating between setting up my own blog site (I do have my own domains and hosting account after all), typepad and blogger. Laziness won out in the end.

I've been doing quite a bit of experimenting with the widgets and various features since Blogger has more latitude in blog layout than Livejournal. I'll probably do a feature comparison between Blogger and Livejournal at some point once I've muddled my way through Blogger for a bit.

Anyway, it's a little depressing. I think I'll gradually lose some of my old blog readers because my new posts won't turn up in their Friends page any more. Yes, I'm a blog slut and I'm hungry for comments.
