Random Noise

I just can't think of a good title. I stopped blogging because I've been busy, tired, not in the mood for writing etc etc etc. This weekend's a long weekend, i.e Friday's a public holiday, and I'll be working through it to meet a deadline. My boss has promised to give me time off in lieu although at this stage, I'd rather get more money than get time off since I don't really know what to do with the time not working. Also I could always do with more money. I'm feeling really poor right now after spending so much on setting up a new home. I'm going to have to recoup some by getting flatmates in, hopefully very soon. Anyway having *good* flatmates would be handy since I don't really like living on my own. It's the first time I've got a whole place to myself (always shared with friends, family or someone before) and I have to say I hate coming home to an empty place.

I've got most of my furniture "settled", though I'm still waiting on some deliveries. The shop I bought my bed from, Liberty Bedding, stuffed up my order - they should have delivered last weekend...if I'm really lucky they might delivery this week, but I suspect I'd have to hound them into deliverying the bed. Unfortunately I put a significant deposit down so I'll have to make sure I get the bed. Going to have to think about my finances and start planning pretty soon.
