Fruity Thick Shake

Ingredients:
1 cup of soy milk (for the lactose intolerant like me) or regular milk
1/2 cup of low fat yoghurt (I used a peach and mango flavoured one)
3 scoops of low fat wildberry yoghurt icecream
1 big pear
1 big mango

Steps:
Cut the fruits into cubes and mix in the rest of the ingredients in a blender. Blend under smooth.

Serves: 3

I had this for breakfast this morning and it was a delicious meal substitute.
